Shipping policy
We are currently shipping - ready made - treasure orders THREE days a week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday. However, if your order is urgent and required for a specific date, please contact us (before placing your order) and we will do our very best to meet your needs.
All treasure boxes (orders) are shipped via Royal Mail's first class service - insured for peace of mind!
Postage and packaging charges vary depending on the size / weight of your order and it's destination. However, we strive to keep these costs as affordable as possible.
P&P is calculated on the checkout of your order so that you can spread the cost between multiple treasures, if you wish.
Mystic Treasure ships to the UK, Ireland, Australia & USA and our rates are as follows:
Domestic - UK - Calculated using total order value:

Orders valued £21-£50 - 1st Class Recorded - £4.89
Orders valued £51-£99 - Special (guaranteed by 1pm) - £9.99

Australia - World Zone 2 Shipping: Calculated by total weight of order:

Once your order has left our hands and is with the postal service:
We shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If the parcel / product is lost or found to be damaged upon receipt, then both Royal Mail and Mystic Treasure must be informed without delay - in writing. Including photos of any & all damage - to the box, packaging & treasures. Within 14 days of the item/s date of posting and any damaged item(s) returned to us for possible repair.

Please be advised, that it is the customers responsibility when ordering from our website or from our bespoke service to provide Mystic Treasure with the correct and complete delivery address. Failure to do so, may result in your order being undelivered or delivered to the wrong address - which we will not accept responsibility for! Please check that the correct delivery/shipping address, along with a full name and postcode has been given when placing / processing your order. If you have provided us with the wrong or incomplete address, please let us know in writing within 1 hour of placing your order, as depending on our post days, some treasures are dispatched very quickly from HQ.
Import and Export Tax
Mystic Treasure will not be held liable for such charges. It is your responsibility as the customer to cover any customs charges, import or export charges which may apply.
Postage and Packaging Charges - Custom Creations
Bespoke jewellery orders placed under our custom made jewellery service are not exempt from delivery charges, no matter what the cost of the piece. The delivery charges for bespoke items will be dependent on the value of the bespoke piece in question and the country of delivery.

Wrong Details and / or Missed Deliveries
Please be advised that it is the customers responsibility, when ordering from our website or from our bespoke service, to provide Mystic Treasure with the correct and complete delivery address.
Failure to do so may result in your order being undelivered or delivered to the wrong address, of which Mystic Treasure will not accept responsibility for.
Please check that the correct delivery/shipping address, full name and postcode has been given after processing your order.
If you have provided us with the wrong or incomplete address, please let us know in writing within 1 hour of placing your order, as some items are dispatched very quickly from HQ. Please do try to telephone us as well, so that we can deal with any matters as swiftly as possible.
If you have provided the wrong, incomplete or incorrect delivery address for your order and it is returned to us, you will be asked to cover the return postage so we can resend your order to the correct address.
If your order was not successfully delivered to you because you were not in at the time of your attempted delivery and you provided the correct delivery address, your postal service will hold your order at their sorting office for a set number of calendar days. It will be your responsibility to collect your order at a time that suits you, or arrange a re-delivery.
Mystic Treasure cannot do this for you, but if you should require a tracking number for your order, please do let us know and we will be happy to provide one for you. If you miss your initial delivery, and your order is not collected within the specified time from your sorting office, your order will be returned to Mystic Treasure, which can take a few weeks. Once it is safely in our possession again, Mystic Treasure can re-send your order, but the delivery will need to be paid again.
Procedure for undelivered orders:
1- Delivery to addresses within the UK and Channel Islands:
If your order fails to arrive within the quoted delivery time as given by Mystic Treasure you have 21 days from the date your order was dispatched to notify us in writing.
Mystic Treasure will not take responsibility for any undelivered orders that have not been reported to us during this time frame.
2-Delivery of orders to International addresses (outside the UK including the Republic of Ireland):
If your order fails to arrive within the quoted delivery time as given by Mystic Treasure you have 28 days from the date your order was dispatched to notify us in writing.
Mystic Treasure will not take any responsibility for any undelivered orders that have not been reported to us during this time frame.

Damaged items upon receipt of a parcel:
We shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
If the parcel / product is found to be damaged upon receipt, then both Royal Mail and Mystic Treasure must be informed without delay - in writing. Including photos of any & all damage - to the box, packaging & treasures. Within 48 hours.
Any damaged item(s) must be returned to us so that Lisa can personally assess them with the hope they can be repaired. Returns of this nature must be done within 7 days of reporting the damage in writing.
We will be happy to try to fix any issues and repair any damages as quickly as we can, so that you can enjoy your treasures as you should.
However due to the handmade nature of our products - on very rare occasions - repairs to damaged treasures, may not be possible! If for whatever reason this is the case, you will be notified immediately and be provided with suitable, alternative options - based on the individual circumstances surrounding said product - tailored to your specific needs & requirements.
