Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you

By using the Website, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service and confirming you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the Website with the consent of your parent of guardian.

In the case of registered users, we reserve the right to terminate access in the event of unauthorised access or use of an account, or breach (in our opinion) of the User Terms.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - Product Prices:
The prices of the products you order are to be those prices as displayed at the moment of transmission of your order. Where appropriate, all prices will be displayed in pounds Sterling. This is subject to alteration, when enforced, without notice. Please refer to individual prices. Postal charges (where applicable) are added to the prices of the products ordered prior to transaction completion.
Representation and Specification of Goods
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. Due to the limitations of colour display your screen may not show exactly the correct colour of the product being viewed. Your attention is drawn to the item description where specific product details such as size and dimensions are given. This information is given in good faith but total accuracy cannot be guaranteed. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order and a member of the team will be pleased to help you.

SECTION 4 - Terms of Payment:
Payment for all products on our website can be made by PayPal, debit/credit card, Google Pay and or Apple Pay. If you do not wish to use any of these options, then please contact us to arrange a suitable alternative.

If you would prefer to pay by BACS or bank transfer for your order, please contact us via phone or email and we will be pleased to provide you with the appropriate details.
If you opt to pay via BACS or bank transfer - products will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed as valid and lawful and made in full. All prices are quoted in (£) Sterling and include VAT (where applicable). All quoted prices exclude delivery charges, where applicable.

SECTION 5 - Complimentary Service:
As standard, Mystic Treasure gift wraps all treasures with lots of care & love - using acid free tissue paper - which has been specially selected. To ensure, that throughout the lifespan of your treasure, they continue to look their best! Where possible (dependent on the size thereof), treasures are also placed in an organza bag, before being packaged and shipped to you or your gift recipient.

This service is included with your treasure and cannot be discounted or substituted. 

SECTION 6 - Gift Purchases:
Mystic Treasure offers a bespoke gift service, where you / we, can send gift purchases direct to your chosen recipient/s. With the option to include a personal message. To take advantage of this discrete and confidential service, please contact us before making any purchase/s. Additional charges may apply. Which you will be informed of, before any commitment to purchase / payment has been made.

SECTION 7 - Bespoke / Custom Made & Personalised Treasures:
We offer a popular bespoke jewellery service, offering customers around the world beautiful made to order designs in various metals. Lisa will talk you through your bespoke treasure requirements, designs and all project details, as well as how long your project is expected to take her to hand craft for you.
We communicate via email for all bespoke treasure projects, as it is easier to send over documents, photographs and other important information using this method of communication.

If you would like to talk to Lisa, about having a beautiful piece of bespoke treasure made for yourself (or someone special), please do get in touch with us and we will be really happy to help explore your ideas with you.
As our making slots can be booked up fast, we do recommend you get in touch with us as early as you can to get the ball rolling with our bespoke treasure making service. Turnaround times can sometimes reach 2 – 3 months at busy periods, as Lisa only has one pair of skilled hands!

Once you are ready to proceed with a bespoke treasure project:
Once you are happy with your design specifications for your project and have confirmed via email that all details are correct on your paperwork, and are ready to go ahead, we can proceed with your order for your lovely bespoke treasure/s
Mystic Treasure must take a 50% payment of the confirmed order total, for any bespoke / custom creation, before we can proceed with an order. Our bespoke treasure quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue due to the fluctuations in metal prices, so please do bear this in mind. We do reserve the right to change a quote within this time frame if there is a change in metal prices, but this is a rare occurrence.
We also may change the turnaround time for a bespoke project without notice, if Lisa is unexpectedly ill / unable to work on the project, or if external factors affect our work.
Please note that if you have requested a sketch of how your bespoke jewellery will look, we will match the sketch as closely as possible when translated into your treasure. But please bear in mind that any sketches are just an indication of how the finished piece will look- and because the jewellery is hand made and hand cut, some slight variations from the sketch and the final finished piece will occur.
Once an custom creation order has been placed and the initial 50% has been paid, we take this as your acceptance of our terms and conditions on bespoke / custom made treasures. No major changes can be made once you have confirmed the design and have paid the initial fee. Your order cannot be cancelled or refunded at any point from here on / after.
Any changes made to a bespoke order after acceptance of specifications and initial payment, may incur a charge. No refunds will be given on any bespoke piece of treasure at any time.
Alterations may be made after a bespoke piece has been received. But will incur an additional charge- For example, if you require a different chain length, alternative clasp or other alteration to your final piece, Mystic Treasure will be happy to help, but this will not be included in your original price.
Mystic Treasure accept payments via PayPal & BACS/bank transfer for custom creations. But we won’t allow you to make the payment for your bespoke piece until we know you are completely happy with the design and are ready to proceed.
If you would like to discuss the practicality and or the wearability of your bespoke treasure idea before proceeding, we’re more than happy to help - it’s what we’re best at!
By agreeing to go ahead with any bespoke piece, you accept our terms and conditions as stated in the bespoke / custom creations Terms and Conditions section of Mystic Treasure website.
Whilst Mystic Treasure will do their best to meet all stated turnaround times of both our online products, and bespoke pieces, please note they are only approximate times and delays can happen from time to time. Any delays shall not constitute a breach of terms and will not entitle the purchaser to hold the company liable.
From time to time, Mystic Treasure may post ‘progress’ and ‘finished’ photographs of bespoke treasures on our social media feeds and/or newsletters. If you place an order for a bespoke piece and would prefer us not to do this at the time of making, then please do let us know.
If your order is a special gift and you would like us to hold off of posting images on social media until you have given the gift, please make us aware of this at the time of payment, so we can include this in your project details. Please also provide us with the date of when we are able to post photographs of the finished item(s).
All finished bespoke / custom made treasures will be photographed and these images will be posted on our social media pages, as well as being added to our bespoke gallery at Mystic Treasure on our website.

SECTION 8 - Special Offers and Promotions:
Mystic Treasure runs special offers from time to time for our customers. These are made strictly on the following conditions:
• No cash alternatives
• Subject to availability
• Not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount
• Offer limited to one offer per customer, unless special offer states otherwise in each individual offer terms
• Special offers cannot be used on bespoke items
• If an order is returned for a refund and it came with a free promotional item, the free promotional item must also be returned at the same time to issue your refund.
• If you have a promotional code to use and cannot make it work, or an error message is displayed, please contact Mystic Treasure before placing your order, as once an order has been placed and paid for, discounts cannot be applied afterwards, or at a later time or date.
A discount code must be used at the time of placing your order, and cannot be ‘refunded’ or ‘deducted’ after the order has been paid for and submitted.

SECTION  9 - Accuracy of Billing & Payment Information:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We do not accept liability for any typographical, clerical or other errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to add, delete, and modify any of the information found on the Website at any time without notice.
We will not accept liability for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the web site including without limitation, reliance on any information or service obtained from the website or which results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance whether or not limited to Act of God, communications failure, theft or destruction, save that liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Mystic Treasure is not limited or excluded.
Subject to the following provisions Mystic Treasure warrants that any products supplied will correspond with any applicable specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from delivery. This warranty is given subject to the following conditions:
(a) Mystic Treasure shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the products arising from any specification or instructions by you or errors or inadequacies in the same;
(b) Mystic Treasure shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage or alteration or repair of products without our approval;
Subject as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, and except where products are sold to a person dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law in respect of any products supplied by Mystic Treasure.
Where we have replaced defective products or products failing to meet specification, or refunded to you the price of such products (or a proportionate part of the price), Mystic Treasure shall have no further liability to you.
Lastly, please be advised that Mystic Treasure only creates jewellery for adults, and not children. Please do not give this jewellery to children due to choking hazards and small parts. Some of our jewellery has loose, small parts such as crystals and stones.
Please do not put our jewellery - or any treasures - in your mouth, or attempt to eat them. It may look pretty but it will not taste nice and you may choke. Mystic Treasure will not be held liable for any choking, suffocation, injury or death from our treasures or its packaging.

SECTION 16 - Legal:
All products sold by Mystic Treasure shall remain the property of Mystic Treasure until the full payment of the total product invoice amount has been paid / cleared.
You undertake that all of the details you provide us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing products (including any applicable specification) are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using for the purpose of ordering or purchasing products is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service being purchased.
If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform Mystic Treasure within a reasonable period after supply of such details. We shall have no liability to you arising from your failure to do this.
Confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail, does not guarantee the product sale.
For credit card purchases your account will be charged for the products selected with the prices displayed at the moment of your order acceptance. For all other methods of payment orders will commence manufacture process on credit clearance confirmation.
Mystic Treasure reserves the right to add to, delete from and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Please visit these Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing each order.
