Please note: That due to the handmade nature of our products, not all items are eligible for either a return or refund!

Cancelling an Order:

We are sorry to hear you are thinking of cancelling your order. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help and we will be happy to chat with you and resolve any concerns you may have. If you would still like to cancel your order, please do email us at mystic.treasure@yahoo.com or give Lisa a call on 07419138691 within 1 hour of placing your order, so that we can arrange this for you.

The reason we ask that you contact us within 1 hour, is because sometimes your order may have left us within 1 hour – we are very fast sometimes! Our phone lines are open Monday – Friday 10 – 7, and our phone number is 07419138691 – the sooner we know you would like to cancel your order, the better.

Please ensure that before you get in touch, you have as much information to hand as possible! Such as your order number, order date, name of the item to cancel and the reason for cancelling.

Your order will then be cancelled & a full refund issued.

If your order has already been dispatched - you can still return any item to us, apart from custom / personalised creations, gift vouchers, clearance & earrings - providing that the item(s) are in its original packaging, unworn and in its original condition.

We will assess the piece/s once returned (checking for any scratches or signs of wear) and if we are satisfied it is unworn and in its original packaging, we will offer a full refund. Which will be processed within 3 – 5 days of receiving your return. 

If your jewellery or other treasure/s is returned to us in a non-sell able condition -  or items are sent back to us without first notifying us of your wish to cancel / return - they will not be accepted! We will not offer a refund and may send your treasures back to you. In some cases - we may offer you gift vouchers or a discount code instead.

Refunds will be minus any postage costs paid, where applicable and may even incur a small cancellation fee, depending on the chosen checkout method of your order.  

Returns:

Otherwise:

You must notify us with your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have a maximum of 14 days (from which you notified us) to safely return your order back to us.

When returning, please enclose as many helpful details as possible within your package, including your name, order number, phone number, reason for return and email address if possible, so that we can contact you when your package arrives.

• If an order is returned for a refund and it came with a free promotional item, the free promotional item must also be returned at the same time to issue your refund.

Returning the item(s) you would like to have refunded, is your responsibility to return to us safely and for those within the UK, we recommend using Royal Mail's recorded delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.

Returns are subject to the same restocking checks / assessments, as mentioned in the above cancellation section!

Failure to notify us of your wishes / intentions to return (& receive a refund, whether in part or full) and / or failure to return the said order back to us safely - in it's original, unused condition & packaging - will result in your return not being accepted and therefore, no refund will be issued.

Again, refunds will be minus any postage costs paid, where applicable.

Additional Information For International Returns:

If you are returning an order from outside of the UK: Please refer to our international postage and packaging charges, which will be deduced from your total refund, where applicable. Please use a suitable and insured form of postage to safely return your order to us.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, minus the original postage and packaging (where applicable) and may even incur a small cancellation fee, depending on the chosen checkout method of your original order.  

Returns that arrive back to us after the 28 days of you receiving the goods, will not be accepted and therefore will not be eligible for a cash refund!

However, in certain circumstances (proof of postage date will be required), you may be eligible to receive a Mystic Treasure voucher, to the amount of your order total, which will then be valid for a period of 28 days from the date of issue.

Additional Returns & Refund Information:

We do not issue refunds for ‘postage and packaging’ on orders that have been returned to us for a refund.

We may refuse a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion.

No returns or refunds will be accepted or issued, in relation to bespoke / custom creations and / or personalised treasures.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges on pierced ear earrings, including but not limited to; drop earrings, hoop earrings and studs. Unless there is a fault with the item! Any fault must be reported immediately and returned to us within 7 days of reporting the fault.

Damages & Issues on Arrival of Products:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any problems with your order - an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item - so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Mystic Treasure must be informed without delay, in writing, and within 24 hours of delivery of the package.
Any damaged item(s) to be returned, to either fix or replace, must be done so within 7 days of reporting the damage in writing.
We will be happy to try to fix any issues and replace any damaged jewellery as quickly as we can, so that you can enjoy your jewellery as you should.

Breakages:
Any breakages caused by or resulting from, external factors such as wearing jewellery in bed, whilst doing housework, exercising, whilst swimming or in the shower/pool, or spraying perfumes/lotions on plated items is not the responsibility of Mystic Treasure and we will not be liable for damage caused to our jewellery from such activities.
We provide a complimentary care guide with all of our products, for you to keep and refer to.
If for whatever reason, this has been misplaced; please contact us and we'll be more than happy to email you another copy.
If however, breakage or damage does occur to any of your treasures, please do get in touch with us! As in most cases, they can be repaired for a small cost.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom creations /  personalised treasures and earrings, as mentioned above.
We cannot accept returns on sale / clearance, discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

Due to the unique and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any of our treasures!
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want, is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
